Stephen is an experienced Strata Manager who has been with Archers since 2007. He currently manages the Archers North Queensland office - Cairns & Townsville. With a strong legal background in Litigation, Commercial Law, Property and Body Corporate Law - Stephen brings a wealth of knowledge and a high level of professionalism to the team.

Appointed to the Executive Management Team in 2013, Stephen is an integral part of the Archers team and assists in making decisions that will benefit all clients.

Joel joined the Archers team in early 2018 as a Strata Community Associate and was soon after promoted to the position of Strata Community Manager. Prior to joining the strata industry, Joel worked in Property Management where he developed strong time management, customer service and problem solving skills which he brings with him to his role at Archers.

Joel successfully manages a varied portfolio of schemes, specialising in residential, commercial and small scheme properties.

Joel was awarded the Archers Trainee of the Year for 2018.

Trudi joined the Archers team in 2020 as a Strata Community Associate and was promoted to the position of Strata Community Manger in September 2021. Prior to joining Archers, she has over 20 years of legal and conveyancing experience. Her greatest achievements include being named Archers Trainee of the Year for 2021, as well as being part of the team that won Office of the Year.

Gareth commenced with Archers in 2015 as an Accounts Manager looking after the Cairns and Townsville portfolios. Due to a restructure in 2019 Gareth was charged with the additional responsibility of looking after the Whitsundays portfolio. Gareth's sound management & organisation skills has enabled him to successfully manage the entire North Queensland. Gareth oversees a small team of professionals based locally and abroad and invests a considerable amount of his time developing others and is a great mentor. Gareth brings to Archers over 18 years professional accounting experience and is a valuable asset to any organisation.

Tamara commenced with Archers in 2017 as an Accounts Payable Officer for the Cairns and Townsville branch and has over 10 years’ experience in accounting services.  Prior to commencement with Archers, Tamara spent a number of years working in the tourism industry as a conference coordinator which involved providing assistance throughout the events, managing and liaising with suppliers, speakers and programmes. This coupled with her accounting knowledge delivers focus on providing quality information in a timely manner, superior service and ensuring a proactive approach with her clients.

Fiona joined Archers just over two years ago.  She has 30+ years working experience in Finance, firstly working in Auckland NZ, Sydney and the Gold Coast as a Senior / Financial Accountant. Predominately her experience has been service based with a strong emphasis on Financial Accounting - Audit, Statutory and Regulatory Compliance, Payroll, Internal Controls and Change Management.  Her background is diverse, ranging from large global corporates, legal, recruitment, insurance, medical, ticketing promotions and SME’s.
