Maggie joined Archers in May 2020 as the Collections Officer for all branch regions. She has more than 8 years in the debt collections industry and every day strives to provide exceptional customer service to all customers both external and internal.
With an extensive background in the telecommunications industry, working alongside sales executives and also dealing with customers complex telecommunications issues is where her customer service skills were required in abundance in order to support all levels of staff, customers and external stakeholders. These challenging roles formed a strong pathway into a debt collection career, as she believes customer service plays an enormous role in achieving a successful outcome for both the customer and company.
Connecting and building relationships with customers within her debt collection roles has allowed her to achieve exceptional results while connecting with customers on a personal and professional level.
