She manages a diverse and complex portfolio, including large and small schemes, layered developments, new developments, and properties with Building Management Statements (BMS).

As a member of the Strata Community Association (SCA), Kellie has built a strong reputation for fostering positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders, including committee members, owners, caretakers, contractors, and service providers. Prior to joining the strata industry, Dianne gained valuable experience in the construction and corporate sectors, working as a Site Administrator within the Engineering Department, these roles helped develop her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
