Tim Baker began his career in strata management in 2015 and has since built a solid reputation within the industry. He has his full real estate license and manages a range of both residential and commercial properties from the Sunshine Coast up to Yeppoon.
Tim uses his knowledge and skills to assist and/or direct committees to help them achieve the best possible outcome for all parties. Following success in the northern region of the Sunshine Coast, he has joined the Archers team to take his knowledge and professionalism to the next level.
As a Strata Manager, Tim is responsible for running AGMs and meetings, as well as liaising with and taking instructions from committees.
