Audience feedback has been exceptional, with an impressive average rating of 9.5/10, reflecting high praise for the quality of content, relevance of topics, presentations, and the exhibitor experience. To capture insights from attendees, we also gathered responses to key questions during each session, allowing us to gauge opinions and engagement levels across the board.
When averaging audience feedback from the SEQ series, it’s evident that most participants view the pet laws as fair, feel the parking by-law is not a bad by-law and we overwhelmingly saw that the external erections by-law as a downright ugly by-law. The majority believe that a compliance review of their body corporate by-laws would help prevent unlawful actions and better serve their community. Since each building has unique needs, seeking professional advice before making changes is essential to create tailored, effective by-laws for each community.

Averaging the audience feedback from the NQ series reveals that most participants gained a clearer understanding of the Cyclone Reinsurance Pool and feel that access to insurance is improving in cyclone-prone areas. Majority expressed a preference for choosing a body corporate management company that is a member of the Strata Community Association (QLD) over one that is not. Additionally, most attendees believe they are already receiving transparency and adequate insurance disclosure from their body corporate management company.
