This project contains 110 apartments in 8 separate buildings on a 1.2 hectare super lot site in a Stockland estate.

The apartments were designed to appeal to entry level owner occupiers and investors keen to capitalise on the demand for student accommodation in the area and range in style and configuration in a mix of 1 bed,2 bed and 3 bed layouts.

There was an existing DA for the site that had an approval for 82 apartments and by clever replanning of internal and site layouts AG Architects were able to increase the yield to obtain approval for 110 apartments without increasing overall built area.
