SURVEY CLOSE DATE MONDAY 31st JANUARY 2022. 

This is a callout to all Body Corporate Owners.  We need you to help us, help you!  

Over 700 have responded to our survey so far which is a great result and we thank you for taking the time to participate.  Your responses help us build our list of topics to research and deliver valuable information to our readers.

The results are showing the diversity of opinions within strata communities and demonstrates how it can be difficult for body corporate committees to reach agreement on the big 4 – parties, pets, parking and passive smoking!

As it currently stands the top 3 major concerns for body corporate complexes are;

1. Rising Costs
2. By-law breaches by inconsiderate neighbours
3. Building defects

The closing date for the survey is Monday 31st January 2022, so now is your last chance to get involved and have your say!
