Strata Community Education Seminars: Registrations Open!

Following on from the success of our recent seminars, Smart Strata is pleased to present a new series of Strata Community Education Seminars commencing in early October, to be presented by foundation partners, Archers the Strata Professionals. We’ll be presenting in regions across Queensland including Cairns, Townsville, Airlie Beach, Brisbane, Gold Coast & the Sunshine Coast. Hear from a range of guest speakers, including expert strata lawyers and government representatives plus many more. Topics covered during the seminars will include committee code of conduct and reasonable decision making, committee roles and responsibilities, bulk utilities and an update on the insurance/reinsurance pool.
Following the presentations from the guest speakers, an open forum/panel featuring industry experts will chat about everything strata and beyond to answer your questions. There will also be local suppliers to chat with during the networking sessions to keep you up to date with the latest product and service innovations with giveaways on offer also! These sessions are a must for any strata committee member and will provide you the opportunity to speak directly with industry professionals on matters relevant to your strata community.
