With debaters (yet to be announced – yes, we know the suspense is excruciating) lining up to take a Yes or No position on this topic, we needed an expert in the strata field who lives, eats and breathes finding solutions to strata associated disputes to adjudicate and arrive at a fair and just outcome.

So who other than former Queensland Commissioner for Body Corporate and Community Management, Chris Irons now of Strata Solve to take the position of arriving at an answer to this very big question.

Chris really needs no introduction, but for those new to the strata world here is what you need to know.

Chris is the human slave to a happily-retired former racing greyhound, which, importantly, has all necessary strata approvals.
