Grant brings over 20 years of strata management experience to his role as Partner at Archers, with specialist expertise in the set-up and management of layered and mixed-use schemes across Queensland. He leads the Sunshine Coast offices strategic operations, delivering quality service and forward-thinking solutions for committees, owners, and developers.
As founder of Smart Strata, Grant has built Australia’s leading strata education platform, now with over 60,000 subscribers. He regularly presents at state-wide seminars and has published hundreds of articles focused on legislative reform, by-law management, and committee education.
Grant is a respected industry contributor, having served as Vice President and Board Member of Strata Community Association (Qld), and continues to play an active role in advancing education and best practice across the sector.
