Vivienne is a Senior Strata Manager and is a member of Strata Community Australia.

With a Diploma in Strata Management and over 24 years experience in the industry, Vivienne has always been very responsive to client needs and has maintained extremely good working relationships with all committees, owners and managers, not losing a scheme for over 20 years.

Vivienne was previously the Branch Manager of the Noosa Office for Body Corporate Services for approximately 12 years and managed good working relationships with various team members over the years. Branch remained productive and responsive to clients.

Vivienne also has significant experience in the legal sector, having worked as a Legal Executive in a solicitor’s office handling estate administration and conveyancing for specific Partners of the law firm for over 16 years.

Vivienne offers specialist knowledge of current legislation and how it applies and currently manages mainly residential and commercial buildings within her portfolio.

Karl is a Strata Community Manager and is a member of the Strata Community Association. With a full real estate licence that Karl has held since 2001, he has 20 years experience in Management Rights. Karl currently manages permanent, holiday, mixed use, commercial, and layered schemes within his portfolio.

With over a decade of experience, Wayne brings extensive expertise in managing complex strata communities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. He has successfully led portfolios of up to 57 buildings, managed teams of more than 25 staff, and held senior roles with some of Australia’s largest Strata firms.

Wayne's strengths lie in process improvement, legislative compliance, training and mentoring staff and stakeholder engagement, Wayne is committed to building strong communities through transparent governance.

Holding degrees in Commerce and Arts, along with industry qualifications, he combines knowledge, versatility, and a collaborative approach to deliver exceptional outcomes on the Sunshine Coast.

Imogen Turner is a Strata Community Manager at Archers the Strata Professionals, overseeing a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, small schemes, standard, and accommodation buildings.

Recognised as Archers’ Most Valuable Team Member in 2024, Imogen is known for her strong skills in building maintenance coordination, time management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Before joining Archers, Imogen built over 12 years of experience in the tourism industry, working across roles such as travel advising and hotel reception. This background has equipped her with outstanding communication and client service skills, which she now applies to supporting committees and owners in the strata sector.

Imogen’s dedication, professionalism, and approachable manner make her a highly valued member of the Archers team.

Sean brings over 40 years of leadership and management experience across strata, government, and corporate sectors. Since 2017, he has focused on strata management, where he has successfully managed large and diverse property portfolios, building strong stakeholder relationships and delivering effective outcomes for owners and committees.

Before moving into strata, Sean held senior executive roles within the Australian Taxation Office, leading national teams in compliance, governance, project delivery, and organisational change. His background has given him extensive skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and problem solving — all of which he now applies to supporting strata communities.

Sean is passionate about creating positive outcomes for his clients through clear communication, collaboration, and practical solutions.

Tania is a Strata Community Manager with Archers, where she is dedicated to helping committees and owners navigate the complexities of body corporate management with confidence and professionalism. Known for her approachable nature, strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional service, Tania enjoys building trusted relationships and delivering practical solutions that support well-managed communities.

Before joining Archers, Tania built an extensive career in administration, operations management and customer service across Australia and overseas. Her experience spans office management, human resources, business operations and organisational leadership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of people, processes and the importance of clear communication. She also holds a Master of Management and a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice.

Since joining Archers, Tania has rapidly progressed through the business, earning promotion to Strata Community Manager through her enthusiasm, accountability and dedication to both clients and colleagues. She is recognised for her proactive approach, willingness to embrace new challenges and ability to remain calm and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment. Her commitment to continual learning, particularly in Queensland body corporate legislation and best practice, ensures she is always striving to deliver the highest standard of service.

Outside of work, Tania enjoys keeping active and brings the same energy and positive mindset to her personal life that she brings to her role at Archers. Her background in the fitness industry has helped shape her disciplined approach, resilience and passion for helping others succeed—qualities that continue to benefit the communities she manages every day.

Debbie joined Archers in 1999, yes, 1999! She is proud to be Archers’ second longest serving staff member after Colin Archer. She joined the Sunshine Coast office as the only Accounts person in a five-person office, doing all Body Corporate accounting procedures plus Sunshine Coast company accounts and payroll. The offices have sure grown since then! Debbie is now the Accounts Manager for the Sunshine Coast Office. Debbie has worked with Stratamax for many years and has a wealth of knowledge. She has found the job interesting and always enjoys a challenge.
