Kellie Byrne is a Senior Strata Community Manager at Archers the Strata Professionals, bringing over eight years of experience in the strata industry. She manages a diverse and complex portfolio, including large and small schemes, layered developments, new developments, and properties with Building Management Statements (BMS).

As a member of the Strata Community Association (SCA), Kellie has built a strong reputation for fostering positive and productive relationships with all stakeholders, including committee members, owners, caretakers, contractors, and service providers. Prior to joining Archers, Kellie held a variety of leadership and management roles within the strata sector, including Customer Care Manager and Second-in-Charge at Smarter Communities Brisbane, as well as strata management and assistant management positions across several respected organisations.

Callum is a Senior Strata Community Manager with more than 15 years of experience in the strata industry. He brings extensive technical expertise in Body Corporate management, encompassing legislative compliance, financial governance, and the effective operational management of schemes.

Callum is recognised for his strategic approach, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering high-quality management solutions. He holds a Certificate IV qualification in Strata Community Management.

A member of the Strata Community Association (SCA), Dianne holds a Certificate IV in Business and manages a diverse portfolio of schemes ranging from small two-lot properties to large communities with more than 100 lots. Her practical approach and commitment to delivering positive outcomes have earned her the trust of committees and owners alike.

Prior to joining the strata industry, Dianne gained valuable experience in the construction and corporate sectors, working as a Site Administrator within the Engineering Department, these roles helped develop her strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Known for her ability to listen, think creatively, and find practical solutions, Dianne takes pride in building strong relationships and helping communities navigate challenges with confidence. Her dedication, professionalism, and client-focused approach make her a highly valued member of the Archers team.

Lisa joined the Archers team in January 2018 as Accounts Manager for the Whitsunday Branch and has since joined the Brisbane Branch as Accounts Manager in 2019. Lisa completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2012 and further become a full CPA member in 2019. She also has 8 years Body Corporate experience in various roles. Lisa is your go to for yearend financials, caretaker salaries and other accounts queries including BMS (Building Management Statements).

Tracey joined the Archers team in 2014 and is the Accounts Associate for all of the Brisbane buildings. Tracey has been in the accounts payable industry for 10 years.

Tracey's role involves facilitating payments to creditors. She is happy to answer all your queries about invoicing and payments to creditor accounts.
