Emily started in the Body Corporate industry in 2010 as a Body Corporate Manager. Since that time she has worked in the strata management industry in QLD and NSW as well as being involved in property management in the NT. As a Senior Strata Community Manager, Emily has extensive industry knowledge and has worked with an array of schemes of various sizes and across all regulation modules including layered schemes, Building Management Groups and schemes under the BUGTA. Her firm belief that education is the most effective way to progress the Strata industry and resolve conflicts within Bodies Corporate has meant that through her career she has been involved in mentoring and training new Body Corporate Managers, Trainees and Administration Assistants.
While working in NSW Emily was nominated by her clients as one of the top 20 Body Corporate Managers in 2015, delivering excellent service and results for her clients.
Emily brings her passion for Strata, empathy, strong dispute resolution skills and a ‘think outside the box’ approach to each of the Schemes she manages. She also brings a ‘hands-on’ approach to all of her buildings, happy to visit and spend time at each of her Schemes to develop a true understanding of the property and it’s needs.

Jessica has been involved in the property industry since 2012, joining the Archers Brisbane team in 2016. Having prior experience in property management and a graduate from the University of Queensland in the Bachelor of Business Management (Real Estate & Development), Jessica brings a well-rounded approach to Strata management and has the ability to create efficient and effective communities.

Throughout her time in the industry, she has gained experience successfully managing a diverse portfolio of bodies corporate. Throughout her career, Jessica has managed accommodation, commercial and building management group buildings of varying sizes, and can use her extensive experience to assist in creating efficient and effective living communities.

Maddison is a Senior Strata Community Manager with 8 years of experience in the industry. With a demonstrated technical knowledge of Body Corporate issues, including, but not limited to: legislative requirements, financial management, and practical management of Body Corporates. Strong consulting professional with Certificate IV qualifications.

With a decade of industry experience, Katrina is a true professional in the Strata world. Bringing her accounting history to the forefront, Katrina manages Large/Small – Commercial/Accommodation/Residential schemes with expert knowledge and experience. Mentoring and training Body Corporate Managers is a passion of Katrina’s and one that is well respected within the Archers family.

Chloe is a member of the ASCA (QLD) and has over 4 years experience in the QLD strata industry, focusing on body corporate management.  Chloe is customer focused with the ability to creatively support committees, building managers and owners alike. 

Chloe is an asset to the complexes she manages due to her refreshing outlook, expertise and pro-active problem-solving ability.

Managing a diverse portfolio of small to medium retail and commercial properties, Jane's role is pivotal within our organisation. Her transition from academia and retail management to Strata management has been nothing short of exceptional. Her arsenal of transferable skills has proven time and again that with the right attitude, one can cross boundaries and excel.

Jane’s journey with us is a testament to her passion for growth and adaptability. As a treasured asset to our Strata management team, she has consistently demonstrated her capacity to handle multiple portfolios with poise and efficiency.

Dedicated to delivering exceptional service with a wealth of transferrable skills from Hospitality Management, Tamara has become a rising star in the world of Strata management. Her expertise in legislative knowledge sets her apart as she successfully manages Small Schemes for both Residential & Commercial properties. Our clients and team at Archers adore Tamara for her outstanding work ethic and customer service skills.

Lisa joined the Archers team in January 2018 as Accounts Manager for the Whitsunday Branch and has since joined the Brisbane Branch as Accounts Manager in 2019. Lisa completed her Bachelor of Commerce in 2012 and further become a full CPA member in 2019. She also has 8 years Body Corporate experience in various roles. Lisa is your go to for yearend financials, caretaker salaries and other accounts queries including BMS (Building Management Statements).

Tracey joined the Archers team in 2014 and is the Accounts Associate for all of the Brisbane buildings. Tracey has been in the accounts payable industry for 10 years.

Tracey's role involves facilitating payments to creditors. She is happy to answer all your queries about invoicing and payments to creditor accounts.

Jo Fiedler is a great example of longevity and success within the accounting industry. After starting with Archers in 2018, she has recently been assigned to the Brisbane Branch to assist the account manager. She has been in the accounting field for over 20 years, making her an expert in this field of expertise.
